Mie goreng ayam - Fried noodles with chicken

Mie goreng, fried noodles, together with nasi goreng, belong to the most typical Indonesian dishes. There are loads of variants of preparation. This one is great, as it is very simple and has a pleasant sugary taste thanks to kecap manis sauce.
Process
Pour water to a wok, add noodles, white cabbage and Chinese cabbage. Cook about 2-3 minutes till the noodels are done, drain and set noodles and cabbage aside.
Heat up oil in a wok, about 6 tbs, and pour in mixed raw eggs. You will create something like a huge omelette, which you turn in about 30 seconds, as soon at it gets golden color. With the spoon separate the eggs on small pieces.
Add garlic, ginger, onion, turmeric, noodles, cabbage, MSG, salt, chicken meat torn on noodles and chili sauce. Stir fry on a high heat about 1,5 minute. Stir all the time. If you do not use wok and high fire, count with the fact that everything will last longer.
Just before the end add kecap manis sauce.
Serve as it is or with crackers.

- 4 packs of instant noodles
- 400 g of roasted or fried chicken meat
- 4 eggs
- 2 cm fresh ginger crushed
- 1 large onion finely chopped (or even crushed)
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
- 0,5 cm fresh turmeric crushed
- salt
- 2 handful white cabbage cut on strings
- 4 handful green Chinese cabbage, cut on stripes
- 1/2 tsp MSG (optional)
- 2 tbs chili sauce
- 8-12 tbs kecap manis sauce
- oil
- crackers (optional)
