Sea grapes - green caviar
I simply fell in love with this seaweed. It is beautiful, like most of other seaweed very healthy, it is tasty and refreshing and not slimy at all. I tried it for the first time on Borneo, where they call it Latok.
It is full of minerals, iodin and magnesium. It is used in fresh salads, sushi and warm dishes too.
